Court-appointed Lead Plaintiff, the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi (“Lead Plaintiff” or “Mississippi PERS”), on behalf of itself and the other members of the Settlement Class (defined below), has reached a proposed settlement of the Action in the amount of $9,000,000 that, if approved by the Court, will resolve all claims in the Action.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, your rights will be affected and you may be eligible for a payment from the Settlement. The Settlement Class consists of:

All persons and entities that purchased, or otherwise acquired Dr. Reddy’s ADSs on the NYSE during the period from November 27, 2014 through September 15, 2017, inclusive, and were damaged thereby, except for certain persons and entities who are excluded from the Settlement Class (see FAQ 5).

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, in order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment under the proposed settlement, you must submit a Claim Form no later than September 22, 2020. Payments to Authorized Claimants will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and the Plan of Allocation, and only after any appeals are resolved, and after the completion of all claims processing. Please be patient, as this process will take some time to complete.
